CSrankings does not include journal publications for any area of computer science, but if these appear in a conference proceedings (or are the moral equivalent thereof, as in the PACMPL journals or PVLDB), they will be indexed.

In software engineering, there is a strong tradition of novel and impactful papers published in journals, so called "journal-first papers". Many of them have a high impact in the community. As evidence, see page "Software Systems" by Google Scholar: https://scholar.google.com/citations?view_op=top_venues&hl=en&vq=eng_softwaresystems
What about adding the journal first papers of IEEE Transactions on Software Engineering (TSE) in CSRankings?
