Url shortener plugin #28

Hi all,

while I'm prosecuting my work on extension downloader, I'm working on shorty-python, a python wrapper to use the main url shortener services made by Joshua Roesslein ( you can find it on his github page or in mine too )... so, what about creating a plugin that transforms all urls in your chat text, in your message status or wherever you need in shorter ones?? ^^

seems ok by me, and it would be a nice example of a plugin interacting with conversations

That would be excellent as I'm also doing a plugin that would need a lot of conversation interactions.
