Added meta.json and updated plugin.py for my changes on the plugin system.

This is in preparation for my meta file system for the plugin system.

This should not break backward compatibility.

Not really. That doesn't mean that we don't have to do this though.

Yes, but we must not break backward compatibility with old plugins, or else emesene will crash when started under normal circumstances. If you yourself figure out a way to do this properly, then it can be accepted.
