Add a new extension to configure output text theme (templates, text colors and size) This will require some changes into emesene code.

Why? I think it's better to have an Output Text-like adium theme that people can configure if they want...

But many people use output text in windows mostly, and we hardcode all the style settings for it.

I think a better webkit package for windows is the solution here. The current package is really old.

Webkit works under windows now (afaik) so this is not needed anymore.
