Create new structure modal has no validation for structure name #199

When creating the new structure name has not been provided user receives no feedback upon clicking 'Add Token' button.

To reproduce:

  1. Login to the app
  2. add any wallet
  3. head to /portfolio
  4. Click 'Add Sub Portfolio'
  5. provide all the options except the name
  6. Click 'Add Token'
