Make it so that only the Admin role can log into the web application!

Make use of "Custom Claims" to create admin roles.

The idea is to create admin role so that only admins can login and use the web app (to save cost).

[ ] Create HOC auth-wrappers to handle visibility and redirection for users vs admin
