Package works for linux-64, cf. https://github.com/emews/EQ-R/commit/25a7e8d44a46dbba1aa697b3f4808a1953bf85c7 Now working on plain Mac osx-64

Package works for Mac osx-64 and osx-arm64. Ready for testing on Python 3.11, then will produce other versions.
