Add eq_type to DB_final() and rename

Context is that different worker pools will be handling different types, and the intention of EQ_FINAL is to shut them down.

Rename DB_final and EQ_FINAL to reflect this -- EQ_STOP / EQ_SHUTDOWN, something along those lines.

Added eq_type arg to shutdown worker pools by type but haven't renamed.
