Too much verbosity #14

Too much verbosity when processing plots, especially when processing a lot of plots in the same call (i.e. in selecting plots vignette).

Find a way to maintain the user informed about plots not processed, but reduce the noise, with focus on the individual tables functions.

Sources of verbosity:

[x] cli_warn on indivdual tables functions when no data is found.
[x] Warning in eval(jsub, SDenv, parent.frame()) in FFI processing, probably due to char NAs converted to double/integer NAs
[x] Warning in .year_fun(YEAR, na.rm = TRUE) in FFI processing, pobably due to processing empty data, check it out
