If possible some core information that's always available would be useful. Example text:

First Aid phone number: 01908 870902 UK emergency numbers: 999 or 112 Please try 1st aid first & alert a steward if you use these. First Aid tent opening hours: 10->02:00 Info Tent hours: 10->19:00 Food: 09->20:00 Bar: 12->02:00
