Add boot into bootloader option on emergency boot menu #32

This isn't working as I expect, suspect there are tinyusb conflicts.

Note: This only works if you enter the option when USB isn't connected. Useful fallback in case of the little buttons breaking, I think?

tomsci's comments are good points, but as it works and this isn't a big deal I'll just merge for now. We can always revisit when less busy.
