[ ] CfP and schedule/attendee_content should be in the same namespace, maybe content
[ ] cfp-review should be under admin
[ ] scheduled_content_only should be cfp_content_only, managed_content_only, or not attendee_content
[ ] cfp_review.update_proposal should be admin_edit_proposal or similar
[ ] any underscores in URLs should be hyphens
[ ] /tickets should become /purchase or /purchase/tickets
[ ] cfp_admin should be cfp:admin

[ ] Volunteer shift signup should reference the volunteers table not the users table.
