Video stream linking/embedding #1337

For visibility it could be nice to embed livestreams from streaming.media.ccc.de directly on the emf website.

Currently we link to there from nav during the event. but it would be lower friction to have a page per stage with the stream directly embedded. It would also make it easy for emergency bailouts to other streaming services, if that was ever necessary.

I actually considered trying to embed this on the event page as well but the logistics of making that happen are annoying.

Having a page per stage is relatively(?) easy and could fit into the existing markdown about page framework tbh.

I think it would also be good to have something obvious in nav to draw attention to currently live. Maybe a red highlight around the livestreams nav entry?

A red "recording" circle, or reusing the "camera" icon used for recorded talks?

If you really want you could animate it but I think that's too distracting so I'm going to suggest we absolutely don't do that
