Add music type to proposals #1515

This only needs the minimum information to get it scheduled

"Performance" encompasses way too many things so it ends up being full of non-music, which makes it difficult for the dedicated music team to see what is actually music, and music needs to be scheduled differently.

Generally non-music performances tend to be comedy or shows, and those get scheduled during the day between talks, or on Stage A. Music is always in the evening, and on Stage B or in Nullsec.

I want to keep Performance but explicitly specify that it is not music so we can keep these things separate. I did consider just renaming this to "Music" but then we have nowhere for things that aren't music to go - they're definitely not talks or workshops.

Another case is "film", which is yet another weird thing that gets lumped in with performance in a non-useful way. Really not sure how to deal with that.
