We should show an audit log of emails sent to users.
As a CfP admin I want to know which emails have been sent to speakers, so I can confirm they received emails in specific stages (eg. acceptance email, finalisation emails etc)
There are probably other user stories here. We specifically want this in the CfP Review so we know when we've poked users to do things, and that the correct emails have actually been sent (and what they said).
