Add CfP participant & Reviewer sub-categories to aggregate diversity data export

In addition to our existing aggregate diversity metrics for all attendees (gender/age/race) we want to break out some sub-categories:

• All CfP participants (i.e. anyone who submitted something)
• All accepted CfP participants
• CfP Reviewers
