Add a main sponsors page, and individual pages for sponsors as we receive their blurbs.

I've added all logos from the booklet and blogs, and created some sample pages in /templates/sponsors. See the Portcullis line on /templates/sponsors/sponsors.html for how to link to an individual page.

Not sure about categories - comtec are currently under two. Should probably be ordered by sponsorship amount.
