Make Breadboard Adapter #3

Just a very quick project to let me use the Hextensions with an RP2040 or previous year's badges before EMF2024

I wouldn't characterize this as a "Low Effort" pull request. Its a 'I'm still very new to KiCad, and its early days' pull request.

Anyway, Based on the Tilagon Base files originally, I've deleted everything apart from a single SFP adapter.

I have noticed I'm probably using the "Wrong" Pinouts like AH1 - 4 and ALS 1 - 5

I just wanted to throw this back into the repo for people to improve it if they want. It may save them a small amount of time.

I don't really plan on "Maintaining" this, I just wanted to make it available. "Free as in beer" as all the Linux people say.

Adding back in the 3D Step file for the SFP. I forgot about that.
