Tidy up the Duck Facts API link

Thanks for the tidy-up! I slightly regret merging in #50 before I saw this, because of the merge conflicts added now.

@lexbailey is the LED cube making a comeback in 2024? If not, or you'd like to remain mysterious about it :crystal_ball:, then we ought to take it off the list here.

ah yeah, sorry, no giant cube this year. somehow in the two years between then and now, I haven't found time to fix the things that broke last time. Best remove the references to the cube. Maybe it will make a return in 2026 😉

Thanks for your contribution @ritesh! I ended up noticing that we could use <> for the links instead (and I think it's better to show the actual URLs for API endpoints), so I've gone ahead with a change of my own that covers that.

I've also taken out the link to the giant cube.
