User trying to manage a group gets 404 #16

User is trying to manage a group based on a privilidged number and returns a 404,

I suspect this is the privilidge number check on the get from model but not certain, investigating

not that simple! its not showing up as a group, possibly something broke on changing the user assignment. Will investigate in the morning

ok figured this out, when an operator created a group it was missing the code to add the number to the groups table, fixed in https://github.com/emfcamp/numbermanagement/commit/5ad0d1194a01367d02215999ed11f8b631607891

This will mean that any groups already created as the operator user will need to be re-created.

I've re-created all the previous operator assigned groups now. I'm pretty sure I've not missed one but if this occurs on another group check the /groups list to see if it shows up in there and if not delete and re-create the number
