Custom Map References, Toolbar not appearing #30

Using Chrome v77.0.3865.90, and navigating to pages like

https://www.dndbeyond.com/sources/bgdia/sword-of-zariel#S7TrantoloxsLarder or https://www.dndbeyond.com/sources/toa/tomb-of-the-nine-gods#Map51RottenHalls

I am unable to see any toolbars appear when I go to Beyond Help > Map References (Custom), and create a new bundle and click on "draw". For the second example link, it refreshes the compendium page, but no toolbar can be found anywhere.

I named my bundle that, so it's clearly trying to load something. I have never been able to figure out how to add a "compendium" to the bundle, though.
