datapipeline not working automatically after uploading folder #28

Currently the folder itself doesn't trigger upload, but each individual file within it, so the json is coming up empty. Running the lambda manually with the folder as key runs the data properly, but it should be automatized. This would be a good opportunity to collaborate with LandLab team to streamline workflow and data processing.

Datapipeline reworked for efficiency, direct input to database from xml.
