feature suggestion: upload individual annotation xml files and ask user to input episode number, title, air year, and season. If no info is provided, an id can be generated and the data added to database, one thing necessary is a corresponding image file with some id info tying them together. This feature can also be used for updating info in database.

individual xml files can be uploaded, though full id is required. The title and other info will be input separately by csv. Works for current data input
