Puppet Show to Vent AWS Frustration #8

When you're frustrated with AWS, post in this thread ideas about the live action puppet show (this isn't a joke) that we're putting together, inspired by the hilarious number of hurdles involved with Amazon Web Services.

[ ] Ideas for a villian? Large hydra, vampire, or shopping cart that sends people on goose chase-y quests only to come back and have AWS do something it could have done without your quest.

[ ] Large group of characters at the start, many (80%?) of them drop out of the quest because it's just too hard

[ ] ... more to come

Don't forget to add regions as a dynamic to the show. Heroes try to attack the monster, but it's in a parallel universe called us-west-2...
