Update handout README jdk instruction #68

Students reporting openjdk-14-jdk package is getting removed in new releases of distros. As far as I know any jdk 14+ should be compatible to the labs.

Thanks for doing this and letting me know!

I went ahead and upgraded the minimum Java version to Java 17, which is the LTS version.
