Odd behaviour when an image does not have 'src' #122

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create an HTML with two images: the first one with a correct 'src' and 
another one empty, just like test_html.html shows.
2. Generate an PDF based on it. 
3. Open the generated pdf (just like test_pdf.pdf) and see the first image 
'duplicated'.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
An exception or an empty space or ignoring the image without an valid src. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
flyingsaucer-R8, Windows Vista. 

Please provide any additional information below.
