feat(parameter): adds additional openapi mappings #74

Adds the following OpenAPI features to parameter from restful:

AllowEmptyValue
Pattern
Minimum
Maximum
MinLength
MaxLength
MinItems
MaxItems
UniqueItems

This requires the changes in emicklei/go-restful#478 as well as updating this go.mod to reference the next release after that PR is merged and a new release tag is created.
