It's been a while since I last used unison. I'll have a go at upgrading it sometime soon. Unison docs suggest it should be relatively easy to upgrade, we'll see!

Thanks for consideration. You may not need to bother with it; but if you do pursue this, github users "stew" and "ceedubs" indicate they are developing a v2 JSON module
