Create text file with time-averaged forcing and response data #3

Include the following 10-minute values:

  1. Forcing
    • hub-height mean wind speed
    • hub-heigth Ti
    • rotor-equivalent wind speed (REWS)
    • shear, using the same measurement heights as for the REWS
  2. Response
  3. mean power
  4. standard deviation of power

Note that the length scales are also available.

Have ~1500 data points available.

Now have approximately 3,000 data points available in PowerSpacesIII.csv file.
