About the 3d model EmilianaCecil from Fantia #14

hi, I made a demo according to the tutorial video(https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DM7UZuAgBJk) but where can I find the 3D model named EmilianaCecil?

The description of the tutorial video said: Cecil-chan's character creation tool can be found on Fantia

But how? what's the detailed steps?

In addition, can I use my own 3d model?

That model is not publicly available. It was created by using the Cecil character creation program, but using another model should be fine as well.
