Random refetch - not truly random #127

When using "Refetch Element" in random mode, the same element is repeatedly fetched. Is the randomness only applied once (and is this the intended behavior)?

I set a seed, so it was a controlled randomness. I changed that to be closer to a mundane concept of randomness
