clean dollar amounts

Hi We get dollar amounts in a lot of different formats:

• "$215,000.00"
• "$215,000"
• "$200K+"
• "$200k"
• "$20000-$30000"
• "$20,000 - $49,999"
• "$20,000 per year"
• "$2.2 million"
• "$200, 000"
• "$200, 000+"
• "$15,000/ yearly"
• "$1,234.56 per week"
• "~120000 USD"
• ">25,000"
• "+$100,000"
• "(110,000)" [is this negative dollars?]
• "$ 110,000"
• "***"

It would be great to convert these various ways of conveying a dollar amount to integers we do something with.
