option for user-defined named-character vector to assign colours to segment. especially useful for making a general/all donut and corresponding category donuts. the goal is to ensure the colour-category relationship is constant between all the donuts

now that Issue #14 is almost done, the option to provide a colour palette to make.donut.data() OR have the colour palette mapped to the donut.DATA within make.donut.plot() looks possible!
