Move midi code to a common place and reference it from guitar and bass projects #23

Because there is no easy way to name MIDI device differently (either Guitar Controller or Bass Controller) we could use two separate platfrormio projects and reference same code with symlinks while providing different names via device_setup.py pre script

Yeah, this is quite messy, but we probably don't have a choice here.
