Implement instrument switcher for Guitar #6

Should probably use MIDI notes 60 - 65 as we intend to use the 5-position switch on the guitar controllers for this.

We're currently using the 5 way switch for selecting the strumming style. I think we should use a different input for controlling the sound. We can either use one of the buttons or hack something new into the controller. Or switch both the strumming pattern and sound with the same switch, but I'm not sure about that one.
