Connection problems #33

Hi! Sorry to hear that! In your log file I see one timeout and one working connection, then the log file ends. Athom has some problems with bluetooth on some Homey devices. So the only tip I can give you is to move the Homey closer to your Plejd devices and try to restart the Plejd app in Homey.

Hi Emil, I have connection issues as well. It is for all my devices. Happens quite often. Some times it helps restarting Homey, but not always.

It is never just one, always all of them. Some are very close to the Homey so not a distance issue

After new Homey firmware updates has been installed it can be some problems with ble connection. When that happens, try restarting the Plejd app.

Hi,

This is not just related to updates, this is more or less every day. Restart if plejd app and homey does not work now.
