I have the same problem with the Homey pro 23. rebooting doesn't help :/ (Error: Connecting to plejd BLE mesh)
It's the same after getting 10.1.0. If all with this problem can raise a issue to Athom, it will be fine.
I assume it's a software bug, and not the hardware in early23?
where do you report to homey?
The new Homey Pro 2023 has significant issues with BLE. It should work a bit better in version 10.1.0. Athom/Homey suggests turning off Wi-Fi and using a network cable if possible.

Hi I have lost contact to all my Plejd devices after restored a backup from 2019 to 2023. Had also, from time to time, same issue in 2019. Then a restart of Homey and/or app used to solve it but not now.
Please help, I know there are lot of other with same issues
