Uninstall plejd connection in Homey #6

Hello,

Didn't manage go get the system to function, I manage to import all plejd unit into homey but it work to turnn on/off.

I understand that only one connection is possible to have with the units, so the plejd app can't any longer connect to the plejd units. How do I uninstall the app from homey to make my ordinary plejd app to work again? Tried to uninstall but it didn't work...

Hi! If you have more than one Plejd unit you should be able to connect with the official app and the homey app at the same time. Before uninstall please try to restart your homey and try again. Which version of my plejd att do you have installed? If it not works after a restart please go to Settings->apps->Plejd->settings icon on top right->Send diagnosticreport. Then I can read the error log.

If you still want to uninstall the app. Just uninstall it or deactivate it. If you still can't use the official app, restart the homey.

Thanks! It looks like Homey cannot find/reach your Plejd device. Can you try to place your Homey closer to your plejd device?

Hi,

The installation procedure was like this:

  1. Installed the app in Homey
  2. My Homey was placed far away from the Plejd device, 15-30 meters and 2 floors.
  3. The lights turned off during/after installation
  4. After finalizing the installation it was not possible to turn on /off the plejd device

After this i contacted you.

Tried yesterday to move homey close to the device (>1 meter).

Both installed and uninstalled the device.

I can not access the device through neither the app or through Homey.

Have you tried to restart your Homey? Sometimes Homey need a restart to clean up the bluetooth connection.

If a restart doesn't work try to disable the circut (remove power) to the Plejd device.
