feat(upgrade): support for Angular9

Add support for Angular 9

• replaced custom scaffolding with scaffolding provided by @angular/cli 9.1.1
• used 'ng generate project' to create angular-crumbs library
• updated version number to 9 to match latest @angular version
• files under "src" folder have not been changed.

To build the project: ng build

Publish from \dist\angular-crumbs
