Problem when running in tablet 10"

When run in a 10" tablet (Galaxy Tab 3), the screen is half white. See the following image as example screenshot_2014-07-16-17-22-09

Is this running on android 4.3 ? because in that case it's a known issue.

yes, it's Android 4.3 is there a solution for this problem?
