thanks! i didnt want to bother with adding clientstate considering the load i have on my shoulders right now, im going to convert the simtime to ticks and use the server tick and convert back to time after the subtraction. this is how the server does it

also going to remove the flow_outgoing from correct as thats also what the server is doing, only need the outgoing if you arent using the servertick
