Fix clipping on focused controls #18

This change was intentional as with the new scroll limiting, dropdowns wont be able to be selected when they are at the bottom of the groupbox. I'm aware this isn't the best solution, but it would be difficult to reformat the menu to allow more scrolling while a combobox is open, for now they'll just draw over until I get around to rewriting it, I'll leave a todo for this though
