3 years ago Yes. As a user, I want this experience to be as simple and easy as possible.
When I buy GC for the first time, I use my confirmation code from my Shopify Order to VALIDATE THAT I AM A GC customer, so I can now log in and set up my customized GC account on the GC App. ( see wireframe)
Once I am set up ( THE GC APP somehow connects w Shopify to verify I am a real customer) my personalized GC app populates with the # of bottles I have in my inventory. ( 8, 16, 24, 32, etc) If I run out prior to the end of the month, the GC app will automatically ask if I would like to order more, I can order more from my app as well on the GC store.
In addition, the GC app will make a "Smart recommendation" of Volume of GC orders, based on past history of LOW blood glucose events from a rolling history. 5 days prior to the end of the month, it will ask the customer " Due to your glucose trends, we recommend XXXX bottles of GC for the month of " NEXT MONTH". Do you agree? User can click "Place order" or "Adjust Order" ( w min order of 8) and then the app will place the order .Make sense? glad to discuss.
As a user, I want to be able to order more Gluconfidence within the application.
