Update version bounds and changelogs #32

All the packages with changed dependencies build with GHC-8.10

Is this going to get merged and released on Hackage? I want to use the wedge type synonym ∨ but the latest version of smash that works with GHC 9.2 (0.1.1.0) does not have it yet. And I cannot figure out how to add the source repository via cabal.project — it says NoCabalFileFound.
