append mod id doesnt work #398

or i am misunderstanding what it does but it just straight up doesnt show mod id anywhere, not in inventory, not in emi

Certain mods that are incompatible with others like obscuria api can break tooltips for mods like EMI. Otherwise, tooltips work perfectly fine in vanilla and most modded environments.
