Add a simple chat message stating that EMI is now disabled and how to re-enable it, alongside the toast. Probably with the exact same message. I think this would further help alleviate the support chats and issues from people simple asking how to turn EMI back on after (accidentally maybe) disabling it. Chat messages are persistent in the chat log, unlike toasts, which vanish forever after however many seconds it stays up. And maybe some people have like a No Toast mod installed because they find them annoying.
