EmiAnvilEnchantRecipe Only Accepts Max Level #444

Mod version: 1.1.2

Viewing usages of non-max-level enchanted books does not yield the anvil enchanting recipe for their corresponding max level equivalent. I feel like it would make more sense for the anvil enchanting recipe to accept an ingredient that matches all possible levels of the given enchantment.

Might be a bit visually noisy but I see the utility, especially for lookups
