[Suggestion] Add compatibility with JEI mod sort order config #450

EMI has no way to currently sort mod order for better recipe organization. Would be great to add this and even better than JEI if you could sort by individual items.

EMI will likely be getting its own sorting options rather than using JEI's. Also, parsing JEI's files directly can lead to a lot of problems.
