[Feature Request] Add the ability to specify a custom 9-slice background for custom recipes #613

Use Case:

Custom Recipes that follow the mods machine UI in their presentation would like to use the same "border" as the UI of the machines do, avoiding a color transition at the edge between the current default vanilla border and the custom background used by the mods recipe.
