What do you think about a Twitter bootstrap or any other "bootstrap" implementation? And a sample with the symfony validators ?

Sure that it will be great, this is a translation for Twitter Bootstrap. I think we can work together to provide a cool skeleton of Silex+Doctrine start-structure for the php community whose like the "micro-frameworks" conception
